Our Rooms

Masia Notari maintains the typical structure of an old Catalan country/farm house, which in the past was dedicated to agriculture and wine production. Today, Masia Notari can be found listed in the Heritage Catalogue of Vilanova.

25 beautifully appointed rooms, each showcasing rustic elegance and contemporary comfort.

In the changes and improvements undertaken we have tried to be faithful to the charm of the original structure. Respecting this, we have recovered different spaces, which today have been converted into communal areas and bedrooms. All tastefully decorated, taking into consideration the well-being of our guests, blending tradition with modern-day comfort with ample space to accommodate everyone’s needs.

There are 25 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, located in different areas throughout the Masia.

In order to reserve Masia Notari exclusively for yourself and your group, a mínimum booking of 14 rooms is required.

Ground floor

• There are 10 bedrooms (4 doubles/6 twins) located on the ground floor with direct access to the patio/pool/terrace area.
• The room numbers go from 1-10, all have their own en-suite bathrooms except rooms 4+5 (bathroom shared)
• There is heating/air-conditioning in all these rooms.
• In our building that we call “La Torre”, you will find 15 further bedrooms, located on the first and second floors.

First floor

• On the first floor, we offer a total of 9 bedrooms (4 doubles/4 twins/1 single)
• All rooms have their own bathroom.
• In section 1, you will find our room numbers 12,14,15 and 16.
• All rooms, except no. 16, have heating and air-conditioning.
• Room 16 has heating and ceiling fans.
• In Section 2, you will find room numbers 17-21.
• Rooms 17-21 share a common living area with sofas and seating facilities.
• All rooms have ceiling fans and heating.
• Both sections are connected with a beautifully designed living room

Second floor

• On the second floor, you will find 3 bedrooms (1 double/2 twins) in one section (room numbers 22,23 and 24) that all share one bathroom. These rooms have heating as well as portable fans.
• Opposite you will find our beautiful “Arched Room”, an historic 80m2 living space that leads you into rooms 25, 26 and 27 (1 double/2 twins)
• 25 and 26 share a bathroom, 27 has its own.
• All 3 rooms have heating as well as portable fans.
• The house can be opened up according to the number of guests and their different needs.
